The ESNNA Code brings together standards, policies, and guidelines promoted by the Peruvian state to prevent the sexual exploitation of girls, boys, and adolescents in the tourism sector.

In accordance with our internal policies and philosophy of comprehensive development for partners and suppliers, Peceros Travel Agency is committed to the following actions.
No harmful information
Not provide information to visitors about places where organized or actual commercial sexual exploitation of minors occurs, whether directly or through intermediaries.
Safe transportation
Avoid transporting tourists to locations where sexual exploitation of minors is practiced, including accommodations or vessels where such activities are tolerated.
Control de vehículos
Evitar alquilar vehículos en rutas de uso turístico a personas que puedan utilizarlos para abusar o explotar sexualmente a menores.
Prevención de acceso
Impedir el ingreso de menores a bares, hospedajes, hoteles y otros establecimientos turísticos cuando exista riesgo de abuso o explotación.
Responsabilidad del equipo
Tomar acciones firmes para impedir que cualquier trabajador o personal asociado ofrezca servicios turísticos que faciliten contacto sexual con menores.
Mecanismos de denuncia
Asegurar mecanismos internos de denuncia e informar oportunamente a MINCETUR y entidades competentes sobre lugares vinculados a explotación.
Políticas internas
Desarrollar y difundir políticas internas con medidas para prevenir y combatir la explotación sexual de niñas, niños y adolescentes en turismo.
Capacitación del personal
Capacitar periódicamente al personal sobre prevención de la explotación sexual comercial de menores.
Sensibilización del viajero
Informar a los viajeros sobre las graves consecuencias legales en Perú por abusar o explotar sexualmente a niñas, niños y adolescentes.
Código visible
Exhibir este Código de Conducta y los compromisos de protección en áreas visibles y accesibles para el personal.
Consecuencia legal en Peru
De acuerdo con la Ley N. 28251, Peceros Travel Agency informa formalmente a los visitantes que el abuso y la explotacion sexual de menores constituyen delito en el Peru y son sancionados por ley.

We do not promote, tolerate, or allow the sexual exploitation of girls, boys, and adolescents, nor any other criminal activity during our operations, in strict compliance with Law No. 29408.
If you know of any cases of sexual exploitation of persons under 18 years old, report it immediately.

If a girl, boy, or adolescent may be in immediate danger, contact the authorities without delay.
Do not confront a suspicious person or expose the identity of the minor. Share the available facts directly with the competent authority.
