Fixed departures are announced for Sundays, from May to December.

Reservations for another day of the week are subject to:

• Technical staff.
• Minimum number of passengers.
• Weather conditions.

When traveling a single person, you should check if there is a group confirmed for the date.

Shared departures usually require a minimum of passengers.

We recommend booking several days or weeks in advance, especially for:

• Marriage proposals.
• Private groups.
• Dates with cameraman.

Tour availability does not guarantee flight when the wind is unsafe.

Information on Captive Flight

The balloon remains secured by several wires.

The system allows:

• Control the height.
• Keep the balloon close to the field.
• Make short climbs.
• Use the same area to land.
• Organize several groups.

Do not allow:

• Fly freely over long distances.
• Choose a route.
• Cross the entire Sacred Valley.
• Land in another community.
• Guarantee views of a specific archaeological site.

Transport information

Transportation covers:

• I pick up from Cusco.
• Transfer to the field.
• Wait during the activity.
• Return to Cusco.
• completion at the confirmed point.

The unit can be shared in the group service and exclusive in the private service.

The trip can take about an hour per stretch.

Travel restrictions and participation

Wind and climate

The activity may be suspended by:

Medical restrictions

The flight may not be recommended for people with:

• Injuries that prevent the basket from entering.

The operator can request medical clearance.

Mobility

The passenger must be able to:

• Get out with help at the end.

Conventional baskets are not always wheelchair-friendly.

People with crutches, cane or reduced mobility should check before paying.

Age and Stature

The involvement of children depends on:

A child should not be charged during the flight.

Alcohol and substances

Participation is not permitted under the effects of:
