Pick-up and Return

The pickup is made from hotels located in the areas indicated in the confirmation. The driver will not always be able to park in front of the hotel. In these cases, the passenger must walk to the coordinated point.

Pick-up and Return

Depending on the mode contracted, we can coordinate the transfer from: The exact area must be confirmed before payment. Miraflores; San Isidro; Canyon.

Luggage

We do not recommend carrying large bags to the park. Passengers who have left their room must request the hotel to temporarily store luggage. Before delivering it, you must check: Do not leave passports, money, electronic devices or essential medicines inside the stored baggage.

Payments and Changes

A down payment or full payment is requested to confirm transportation, guidance and tickets; Reservations made within 24 hours of the previous time may require full payment; The reservation is considered confirmed after receiving the proof and written acceptance of Peceros Agency Travel.

Availability

The Magic Water Circuit currently attends Monday to Sunday, between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

The service can be booked up to 24 hours in advance, subject to:

• Availability of guide.
• Availability of transportation.
• Operational capacity.
• Tickets available.
• Location of the hotel.
• Official programming of the park.
• Number of passengers.

We recommend booking with at least:

• 24 to 48 hours: For group service.
• 3 days: For private service.
• 1 week: For large groups.
• 2 weeks: For services in languages other than Spanish or English.

Last minute bookings must be coordinated directly with Peceros Agency Travel. We will do our best to accept the request, but a consultation does not guarantee departure.

Information about the Magic Water Circuit

The Magic Circuit of the Water is located within the Parque de la Reserva, in the Cercado de Lima.

The complex is composed of 13 sources with lighting, programmed movements and interactive sectors. It received recognition as one of the largest fountain complexes installed within a public park.

Current schedule

• Opening: 3:00 p.m.
• Close: 10:00 p.m.
• Please note: Monday to Sunday.
• First multimedia show: 7:15 p.m.
• Second multimedia show: 8:15 p.m.
• Third multimedia show: 9:10 p.m.

General Entry

• Official rate: S/7 per person.
• Under 5 years: Free income with original document.
• People with disabilities: 50% discount with CONADIS card.
• Over 65 years: 50% off with ID.

The schedules, prices and conditions can be modified by decision of the administration.

Transport information included

Group service

Transportation is shared with other passengers and can perform several pickups.

Depending on the size of the group, it will be used:

• Tourist car.
• Tourist bus.

The passenger will receive an estimated time of pick-up. There may be a variation due to traffic.

Private service

The vehicle is assigned exclusively to the reserve and is directed from the agreed point towards the park.

This service reduces intermediate stops, but does not eliminate delays caused by traffic in Lima.

Vehicle conditions

The unit must have:

• corresponding documentation.
• Seat belts.
• Assigned driver.
• Basic cleaning.
• Proper capacity.
• Communication with operations.

Travel restrictions

Strikes and demonstrations

Strikes and demonstrations can affect certain avenues in Lima. Roads can be closed and traffic can be diverted.

When this happens, the operations team will try to keep the journey by:

• Change of route.
• Modification of the collection point.
• Advance of the schedule.
• Use of a different access.
• Reprogramming of the service.

When it is not possible to arrive at the park safely, the tour can be cancelled.

Decisions will be coordinated with the passenger. Group safety, guidance and driver will take precedence.

Closing or modifying the park

The park may suspend fountains, shows or accesses by:

• Technical failures.
• Private events.
• Municipal work.
• Heavy rain.
• Electrical problems.
• Security measures.
• Administrative decisions.

When the park keeps the entrance open, but a specific source does not work, this situation does not necessarily involve the cancellation of the tour.

Traffic of Lima

Traffic can significantly change the transfer times.

We do not recommend booking flights, buses or dinners with tight schedules immediately after the tour.

Peceros Agency Travel cannot guarantee an exact time of arrival when there are closures, accidents or congestion beyond your control.

Wet surfaces

Areas near the sources can be slippery.

Passengers must:

• Use appropriate footwear.
• Avoid running.
• Supervising the children.
• Use handrails when available.
• Do not enter closed areas.
• Keep distance from electrical equipment.

Lost objects

Each passenger is responsible for their belongings during transport and inside the park.

Before leaving a vehicle, source, or rest area, check:

• Vehicle compartments.

Phones and cameras must be carried inside a waterproof case.

Health restrictions

The walk is of low demand and is carried out practically at sea level. However, people with reduced mobility, joint problems, or difficulty remaining should communicate it before booking.

Passengers sensitive to flashing lights, loud music or projections should be kept at a prudent distance from the show.

Children must be permanently accompanied by an adult.

Conduct within the park

Not allowed:

• Damage the facilities.
• Enter restricted areas.
• Manipulate teams.
• Shed waste.
• Go up to the sources.
• Block evacuation routes.
• Ignore the staff’s instructions.
• Conducting commercial activities without authorization.
• Use professional equipment without the corresponding permission.
